Vintage Ellmore Sterling Silver Compote
Offered for sale is a wonderful Ellmore Compote or Nut Bowl. The Ellmore Silver Co. from Meriden Conn. were in business from 1935-1960 This piece is marked on bottom with E and Lion hallmark - weighted and reinforced (see last photo) Weight: 8.2 ounces / 233 grams. Condition: Very good vintage-some small dings/dImples due to vintage age and use (not very noticeable) and just add silver polish.
