Offered for sale is this wonderful SIGNED Vintage wooden Lamp from the 1960's. Has a paper label with the maker: Light House Lamp & Shade Co. Los Angeles Calif (see photo) Very good condition-original textured linen shade is close to perfect-well cared for dusted regularly. Base has only minor scratches due to age.(see photos) not very noticeable-probably will disappear when oiled. Only normal wear due to age and use. We have taken very good care of this over the years. Lamp measures 36" tall with shade and 27" from base to top of bulb socket. Wiring and switch fine new plug added recently. LOOKS FABULOUS!! I believe I saw a lamp very similar if not the same make and model on the movie set Apollo 13 in one of the astronauts bedrooms. This will be a wonderful addition to your Hollywood regency, Mid-century modern, space age and contemporary home decor. VERY CLASSY.... Very remarkable..
