Vintage Art Pottery Lamp with Wood Base
Offered for sale is a wonderful large Vintage Mid-Century Modern art pottery lamp with wood base and neck-we believe teak-not sure. Solid brass stem and glass shade holder. Very well done and awesome! No markings or label remains so we do not know the maker or designer of this stunning lamp- we believe it is either Italian or danish pottery. Nice Size: 34" tall X approx 8" in diameter. Note: NO SHADE included- it takes a glass insert shade. Condition: Good vintage: No chips, cracks, hairlines, or repairs to the pottery base-wiring and switch work fine- switch stem on socket is slightly bent but works fine. Teak wood base at rear of lamp has a crack and a small piece of wood missing-this is at the back of the lamp and does not detract from the beauty of this lamp-see last photo.
